One unknown traded pick - Portland traded Killian Hutt to Regina for a conditional 2011 pick on Sept 28, 2009. The exact round of that pick has never been announced, as far as I can tell. But one of Regina's picks above does instead belong to Portland from that deal.
Two other later round picks traded: Chilliwack traded their 12th round pick to Prince Albert for Marc MacKenzie and their 13th round pick to Moose Jaw for Mike Forsyth. I can find no mention of other picks later than the 10th round having been traded.

In the 3rd Round, if Saskatoon have the 51st and 66th overall picks, why would they give Kelowna the 51st? Why wouldn't they keep that one for themselves and give Kelowna the 66th instead?
According to Andy Kemper's blog, Portland owe Kelowna a 6th Round Selection in 2011 (for a 7th round in 2010):

Malcolm - at the time of the Acolatse trade it was mentioned that it was SAS's own pick that they got back. So that had to mean that SAS's pick was the one they sent to PG for Viedensky.
Which means it had to be EVT's pick they sent to KEL for Gogol since it was the only other 3rd round pick they owned at the time of that trade. Sometimes you can put the pieces together like this.....most often not though.
As for why a team would choose a particular pick if they have a choice of more than one - often they do. The receiving team can ask for a particular pick, or maybe the deal will stipulate that they get the "higher" or "lowest" of a team's picks in a given round.
BTW, thanks for the tip on the POR/KEL deal. I will make that change a bit later.

Hi Chuck - the WHL site says it was the 2011 2nd round pick that went to Moose Jaw, so I am treating that as the official source.
The 4th round pick for Scott Ramsey from the tigers was conditional. Would this be reversed seeing as he is no longer playing with the club?

The Ramsay pick was conditional, but the reason Ramsay isn't playing is because he got hurt, not because the Tigers released him.
So, I would think the trade stands and Seattle gets the pick. But it does all depend on what the conditions on the pick were, which is something that is usually not released by the teams.
If the conditions require Ramsay to play a certain number of games, or for the Tigers to get to a certain round of the playoffs, then things could change. We may not know until draft day which picks are where.

Apparently Regina gave up their 2nd round pick in 2012 and not 2011 so Regina will be picking in the 2nd round.
