WHL prospects: Richmond International Midget Tournament

Blog reader Jon Whiting asked me about WHL prospects playing in the Richmond International Midget Tournament this year, from December 27 to 31 in Richmond, BC. For Jon - and anyone else out there on the left coast who might want to catch a few games of that tournament - here are the WHL prospects in the Elite division:

Looks like the Lower Mainland teams - Valley West Hawks and Vancouver Northeast Chiefs - are the teams to watch in this tournament if you want to see WHL prospects. 20 prospects between them, including 5 WHL first-round bantam picks.

The Alaska All-Stars U-18, Alaska North Stars U-18, and Nevada Stars U-16 teams are also in the Elite division but I did not find any WHL prospects on their rosters.
