One minor trade yesterday, as Chilliwack has shipped 18 year old defenceman Cam Stevens to Lethbridge for a 7th round bantam pick. Stevens was one of Chilliwack's original expansion draft selections, but has not played this year due to an offseason broken leg.
The WHL beat the Russians 4-1 last night to conclude the thrilling annual CHL-Russia series. Oh, how I long to be able to rewrite that last sentence to end with with "forever".
