Pre-arranged fighting

Here's some numbers in an attempt to answer an e-mailed question from a reader....many WHL fans know that Vancouver's Garet Hunt was suspended earlier this year for fighting off the opening faceoff of a game too many times. Seems the league is trying to crack down on those kind of pre-arranged fights where guys agree beforehand that they're going to fight at the drop of the puck. So, who else is a big offender at this? Well, it's very difficult to tell just from stats - how can you tell from a summary whether a fight at 5:19 of the 2nd period was off a faceoff and prearranged? But where you CAN tell is the ones at the start of a game. So, here's all the participants in fights this year which occurred within 10 seconds of the start of a game:

Garet Hunt: 4
Jordan Bendfeld: 2
Frazer McLaren: 2
Cody Almond: 1
Mike Berube: 1
Brett Breitkreuz: 1
Shayne Brown: 1
Brady Calla: 1
Ryley Grantham: 1
James Henry: 1
Garrett Klotz: 1
James McEwan: 1
John Negrin: 1
Kevin Philp: 1
Karey Pieper: 1
Nick Ross: 1
Zack Smith: 1
Brennan Sonne: 1
Bretton Stamler: 1
Shayne Wiebe: 1
Luke Wiens: 1

Obviously there is nobody else in the same category as Hunt here....yet, anyway. He has double the number of anyone else and most people on the list have only one.
