Seattle/Prince George

Cougars send 18 year old forward Robbie Ciolfi (who was sent home earlier this year for disciplinary reasons) to Seattle for 19 year old goaltender Kyle Jahraus.

Prince George needed a goalie badly after almost having to use Tri-City's 19 year old Zamboni driver the other night due to injury problems. Seattle doesn't have a backup goalie anymore now though so I assume they will bring a list player in for the rest of the season.

Also, full details now on picks from the Hamonic and Vincour trades....

Brandon sends their 2010 first and second rounders, plus a 2011 second rounder, to Moose Jaw in the Hamonic/Erhardt exchange.

Vancouver sends a 2010 5th rounder and a 2011 3rd rounder, plus a conditional 2012 3rd rounder, to Edmonton in the Vincour deal.

The T-Birds have called up goalie Michael Salmon to replace Jahraus on the roster. Salmon started the season on the Cougars roster but was released. When he was released the T-Birds added him to their 50-player protected list. Salmon appeared in four games with the Cougars this season and had a 0-2-0-0 record with a 6.95 goals against average and a .833 save percentage. Salmon is 17-years-old and is 6’1 and 166-pounds.
