Another brother deal

The Bonner brothers have hooked up on another trade - their third or fourth since Craig became G.M. of the Blazers a year ago. This time it's defenceman Bronson Maschmeyer heading from Vancouver to Kamloops for a 2010 3rd round pick.

I think the Giants got a pretty good return for a 5'9" defenceman who has only played one year in the league - and didn't get a lot of ice time at that - and who has apparently been supplanted by 16 year olds in Vancouver. The Blazers must have a lot of faith in Maschmeyer's potential yet.
