Seguin, McFarland, and Gormley were the only 17 year olds in the camp, so this year's Canadian team will have no "underage" players and will be 100% made up of 18 & 19 year olds. All three of those guys are going to be NHL first round picks - Seguin will likely be either the #1 or #2 overall pick - but the strength, maturity, and experience of older players probably gives them an edge.
No WHLers in the cuts, so there's still 10 WHLers vying for one of the 22 spots. 31 players left in total, so 9 more cuts to come yet - 2 goaltenders, 3 defencemen, and 4 forwards will be let go tomorrow morning after the last scrimmage tonight against a team of CIS university players.
TSN's Bob McKenzie offers up his opinion this morning on who will make the team. Bob has 8.5 of the 10 WHLers making the team: Brayden Schenn, Brandon Kozun, Jordan Eberle, Brandon McMillan, Cody Eakin, Colten Teubert, Travis Hamonic, and Jared Cowen for sure, with Martin Jones in a tie position for backup goalie.

Isn't Hall 17
No, Taylor Hall is 18. He is a late-birthdate '91 so that's why he is eligible for the NHL draft this year instead of last year, but in "hockey age" he is 18.
