Failed 3-0 comebacks?

Got an email from a reader who asks an interesting question which I do not have any answers for.

They pointed out that we all know about the (few) famous successful 3-0 comebacks - but how many teams have come back from 3-0 to tie the series at 3-3, only to lose game seven?

I can not think of any at either the WHL or NHL levels off the top of my head. Anyone know of any?

In 1975, the year the New York Islanders pulled off their 3-0 comeback feat to win the series against Pittsburgh, the very next round they played the Philadelphia Flyers and once again fell in a 3-0 hole coming back to win the next three games before losing game 7.
