Why would Berg be on this list still?
Berg is still on this list because he's still on the Hitmen protected list, and he was not a full-time player for the Hitmen last year.
I understood that he left the organization by his choice to play Jr in Saskatchewan. With that I would wonder why they would keep him protected...
Well, teams are very unlikely to keep the rights to a player that they don't think can (or will) play in the WHL in the future.
So, my best guess would be that the Hitmen feel that Berg may change his mind at some point and decide to return to the Hitmen. Either that or they fear that if they drop him, he will be picked up by another WHL team which he is willing to play for.
He's heading into his 19 year old season. I'd think that if he doesn't show up at training camp this fall, or does show up but doesn't make the team, that he will be dropped.

Protected list (prospect) list updates are usually a June thing, after the season ends.
The bantam draft order I will try to get posted in a week or so. The draft is a little over two weeks away so I guess I should get working on that.
