First, the Raiders send a 2010 2nd round bantam pick to Vancouver for goaltender Jamie Tucker. Tucker lost his starting job in Vancouver to Mark Segal, and the Giants are adding Derek Tendler to the roster so somebody had to go.
This probably spells the end of Dalyn Flette in P.A....he hardly played anyway and they'll probably go with Zemlak/Tucker for the rest of the year.
The other deal sees the Raiders send former first round bantam pick Ryan Aasman to Seattle for forward Jonathan Parker and a 2010 5th round bantam pick. This one is kind of curious to me, Aasman hasn't really panned out as expected so far while Parker is 4th in scoring for Seattle, so I'm not sure why Seattle wanted to make this trade. Gambling on Aasman realizing his potential I guess.
