Was checking the transaction wire tonight for WHLers sent back from the NHL and spotted this:
CFL: Saskatchewan Roughriders add RB Hugh Charles, WR Chris Jones and WR Toby Ziegler to the practice roster.
I don't know what kind of football player he is, but I guess President Bartlett's letter of pardon for Toby made it through OK.
