The WHL has set Kyle Beach's suspension at 3 games for shooting the puck into the crowd after the Hurricanes' game in Red Deer on Saturday.
Having seen the video, I think it's fairly apparent that having the puck go into the crowd was NOT Beach's intention. I think that has to make a difference.....intent vs. accident. It was foolish though and he's being punished appropriately IMO.
He'll miss the 'Canes games tonight, Friday and Saturday, and will be able to return at the same time as Dwight King and Michael Dyck, who have three games left on their suspensions too.
